I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I am not a registered dietician, nutritionist, or doctor. If you have existing medical issues or health concerns, please consult your own team of medical professionals. I was overweight for most of my life and have maintained a 130-pound weight loss for nearly 10 years. I also have vast experience with various ways of eating and how they may affect the body - as well as how energy, emotions, and other factors can impact overall well-being. I focus mainly on overall well-being and longevity. Coaching sessions can be conducted via Zoom, email, or audio recording. I also provide a lot of free resources and group coaching in my private Facebook group. Feel free to join me there to get a feel for the type of coaching and support that I provide.
